shipping and returns

• While there are a few ready to ship items, please be aware that all clothing will be shipped in May after production is complete. 

• All items have their shipping timeline in their product details.

• E-Gift Cards will be sent immediately upon completion of purchase.

• Classic, physical gift cards will be sent next day.

• Currently, we are only shipping to the US and Canada. We will include international shipping in the future! Thanks for your understanding.

• We offer standard and express shipping. You can choose which works for you at checkout.

• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

SHIPPING

• Always free standard shipping, 3 to 5 days, within the US on orders $150+

• There is a $9 flat rate for standard shipping, 3 to 5 days, on orders under $150

•  Express shipping, 1 to 2 days, is available for a flat rate of $25

• Orders ship with delivery confirmation and tracking provided by USPS

RETURNS 

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Item must be in new, unworn condition.

• Refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of item.

• Exchanges are available if the item is available. Being a small business operating on a pre-sale model we aim to not keep much inventory stocked, but if what you need is here, you're welcome to make an exchange!
